And the Dragon that guards the Dragon’s Egg
Was never alive from the beginning
But its Egg is fertile and lies deep within
Before the arising of grief and lust
Is a place all souls must find within
Harbored beneath the ages of their pain
Wandering they may find the path that leads
Through glades of light and thick black night
Until they find themselves at the Door
Then they may wish they never had
But once it’s found it must be faced
Or lose their treasured life forever more
For the ones who go through, they
Find
Their minds
Open wide
Is the emerald seat at the mountain’s base
A safe or is it a threatening place?
Do you wish that you were never there?
But there you must sit until it cracks
And all of the truths contained within
Emerge into the light, into the air
For if you do not your life retreats
Your heart it withers and turns black
Your happiness fades like lifelong dreams
But let your innermost Self come free
And there Light and Peace reside
The Dragon’s Egg is never what it seems
For the ones who look
Inside,
Their minds
Open wide
Find me in the
Inner chamber
You will find me
When you’re able
You will know me
I am glowing
Ever able
To be showing
Now go rest and
Make thee ready
The Dragon’s Egg is
In the Mountain
When you meet it
You will open
To your life your
Holy wisdom
